Your Journey Begins
Day 1
Windhoek
The Weinberg Boutique Hotel
The Weinberg Windhoek provides all of the exclusivity and privacy travelers might expect – making it the perfect retreat when travelling to the capital of Namibia. The hotel is the ideal starting point after a long flight to relax before any Namibian adventure. The modern 41-bedroom hotel wraps around a heritage building, creating a lovely courtyard. This design complements its historic character, while modern amenities ensure the utmost comfort. Aside from the location and breathtaking views, hotel guests also have access to facilities including the Estate’s Soulstice Day Spa, Be Hair Salon, five upmarket restaurants and the Conference Centre.
Days 2 - 3
NamibRand Nature Reserve
Wolwedans Dune Camp
Positioned on the edge of a 250-metre high dune, Wolwedans Dune Camp has the most incredible views across the Namibrand reserve. The main areas are spread out across a series of decks ensuring that the lounge, dining area, and tea room all enjoy views across the dune landscape to the mountains beyond. The elegant tents can all be opened up capturing the cool breeze in the hot summer months, and in winter canvas sides are rolled down. Wolwedans Dune Camp has a wonderful charm that appeals to a traveler looking for a down-to-earth but still luxurious experience.
Day 4
Swakopmund
Desert Breeze Lodge
A short drive from central Swakopmund ( 3.2 km ), Desert Breeze Lodge enjoys a spectacular location away from the bustling town, and the privilege of savouring the ancient Namib Desert. Overlooking a vast and sensuous sea of dunes, Desert Breeze offers the ultimate desert experience. Surrounded by the colourful and unique architecture contrasting but yet fitting in with the desert landscape, it will sooth any soul. Big basalt sculptures stand guard over the desert landscape. The bungalows with their creative atmosphere and the friendly staff will make a stay at Desert Breeze Lodge one to remember.
Days 5 - 6
Twyfelfontein
Onduli Ridge
Onduli Ridge, named after the resident giraffe of the area, is built at the base of two south facing granite outcrops which are connected by a ridge. This location allows for magnificent views of Namibia’s highest mountain, the Brandberg, to the south and the dispersed cathedral-like granite inselbergs to the north. The six suites are hidden amongst the granite boulders that nestle the camp and the more temperate climate of central Damaraland allows for naturally ventilated suites, partial open-air bathrooms and largely open communal areas.
Days 7 - 8
Ongava Private Game Reserve
Ongava Tented Camp
The classic safari style camp Ongava Tented Camp is tucked in a hidden valley at the foot of a dolomite hill in Ongava Game Reserve bordering Etosha National Park. Eight large comfortable Meru-style tents all have en-suite facilities, open air showers and private verandas; the family unit sleeps four. The main area, built of stone, canvas and thatch, fronts onto a much-frequented waterhole; watching wildlife coming to drink from here or from the swimming pool is a favourite pastime. Ongava’s proximity to Etosha allows for game drives in the Etosha National Park and on the Ongava Reserve itself.
Days 9 - 10
Onguma Game Reserve
Onguma The Fort
The Fort is unlike any other, the only one of its kind in Namibia. It is built in exactly the right spot to give guests probably one of the best sunset views in the whole of Namibia, overlooking the vastness of Etosha National Park. Imagine massive raw walls, stunning stone cladded features and a huge tower with views toward Etosha and Fisher’s Pan. The classical African feel combined with a touch of Moroccan and Indian flavours, characterised by a selection of the most beautiful antique windows and doors. The Fort consists of 11 Bush Suites and 1 honeymoon Suite.
Day 11
Rundu
Hakusembe River Lodge
Hakusembe River Lodge is located like a lush green oasis on the banks of the Okavango River offering peaceful 20 chalets. Hop aboard the Hakusembe River Queen, stroll to the cultural village or just relax on the deck. Entering Hakusembe River Lodge at the end of the winding gravel track, you are greeted with a refreshing image of green lawn, large trees, a collection of thatched chalets and a strip of sparkling river. Floating decks, a beautiful garden and a refreshing pool make this oasis the ideal destination when traveling to the far north east of Nambia.
Days 12-14
Bwabwata National Park
Nambwa Tented Lodge
Nambwa Tented Lodge is uniquely situated inside the Bwabwata National Park in the heart of KAZA, nestled high amongst majestic trees, honoring the elephants’ right of way below. An authentic walkway joins decadently spacious tented suites, which emanate a feeling of vastness and evoke a gentle balance of serenity. Here you enjoy memorable African experiences on foot, by boat or vehicle, up close and personal with some of the biggest herds of elephants. Soak up the breathtaking sunsets over the infamous Horseshoe Lagoon with animals silhouetted in purple hues over the water.

Frequently Asked Questions
With the exception of Kosher or Halaal requirements, most properties in Namibia are able to cater for all dietary preferences. Advance notice is recommended.
Customisation is limited. The length of stays in each area can easily be extended or reduced. The tour has been built in a circuit however and often in Namibia, there are long stretches of road between destinations. Availability of fuel stations and supply stops need to be kept in mind. Some destinations have multiple accommodation options at a variety of price points but others are limited to one or two only. There are only two access points for this tour which can be done in reverse as well.
The road system in Namibia, save for the most remote locations, is comprised of well maintained tarred or gravel roads and most of the main tourist sites can be reached without a 4×4 specifically (but something robust is recommended). A vehicle with good ground clerance and all terrain tyres is highly recommended however for your own safety and comfort.
Tipping in Namibia is welcome and only if you are happy with the service you have received. We recommend that you tip your ranger or specialist guide at the end of your stay in camp and it will also be a nice gesture to tip general camp/lodge staff. Often properties have their own guidelines and a quick chat to the lodge manager before your departure will assist you in ascertaining what is appropriate.
