The famous Horseshoe Lagoon is a sought-after spot for a refreshing sundowner drink after an afternoon’s game drive.

A warm starter is served whilst you enjoy sitting barefoot in the sand, soaking up the breathtaking sunset alongside hippos and large herds of elephants silhouetted in the water. An exclusive night drive, while viewing the nocturnal wildlife, takes you back home where a delicious meal awaits.

TIPS TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR EXPERIENCE

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Together with insect repellent and a water bottle, this is your personal bush survival kit.
Pack your own set of binoculars and a good camera. If you’re not a photographer, your phone will do just fine. Take care not to disturb animals when using a flash.
In the winter months, bring a sweater or fleece, especially in the evenings.
It’s best to wear pale and neutral colours when on the wild experiences so as not to attract the animals’ attention.
